My determination to be successful stems from my foundation;  my family maintains my strength, my soul, and my competitive nature.  I have always been taught to be the best at everything I commit myself to.  Today it is still the basis to how I conduct myself:  with knowledge, maturity, creativity, enthusiasm, dependability, consistency, and compassion. Ability may get you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there.  The main component of character is integrity.  This will be the basis of my attitude and philosophy.  The foundation of this value, solely, can change the outlook of each student-athlete individually.  That will provide continuity throughout the program, higher self-esteems, and result in the attainment of personal goals.  As coaches this is what we take pride in.
